Welcome to Village Books!

We're a friendly used bookstore in Ukiah, California, located in Ukiah's historic Downtown District. We sell used books of all kinds and genres. That means fine literature, westerns, romance, science fiction, mysteries, spy thrillers, history, religion, biographies, young adult and childrens books, cookbooks, self-help and more!

The only thing we like better than reading, stocking and selling books is talking to fellow book lovers. We're browse-friendly, kid-friendly and schmooze-friendly, so stop on in and have a look at our large, varied and ever-growing selection of books on shelves!

If your books are in good condition, there's a good chance we'll take them for trade. Take a look at our exchange policy for more details.

Village Books is open 6 days a week, 10:00 AM through 5:30 PM, closed only on Sundays.
